Jessica Boston was absolutely outstanding. She sold our apartment in a really challenging market and was exceptional from start to finish. As with any property sale, there were hurdles along the way, but Jessica was incredibly tenacious, resilient and always focused on getting us to the finish line. Her experience shone through at every stage. She communicated brilliantly, understood the different pressures and circumstances of everyone involved, read situations instinctively and knew exactly when to push things forward or when a more measured approach was needed. She was happy to liaise with all parties, managing agents, solicitors etc... and had a great list of contacts when necessary. She was also fantastic at guiding me through the process, giving clear advice and direction whenever I needed it. I had complete confidence in her throughout, which made such a difference during what can be a very stressful experience. Having had some disappointing experiences with estate agents in the past, Jessica has completely restored my faith in the profession. My partner and I bought our first home recently and had the pleasure of working with Matt for the purchase. While the details of the purchase ended up being a bit tricky, as someone who was working on behalf of the seller, Matt surprised us by how available, honest, genuine, and helpful he was to us, the buyers. Top notch communication organizing meetings with the sellers and always staying unbiased during negotiations. We are very grateful for all he did for us!

When we had leaking taps, it was sorted without delay. When the patio door glass was accidentally broken by a gardening company, they handled the replacement smoothly and took all the stress out of it.No chasing, no back-and-forth, just clear communication and efficient action.It’s rare to find a property management team that actually delivers like this. I can't praise the service I received from Berkeleys - and the amazing Ellie in particular! - highly enough. The process of renting through them was smooth from start to finish, with any query or concern always being responded to promptly.
